The property is "stand alone" it is located in Parco Tallinaio, among small neighbouring fields of grapevines, cherry trees and, of course, Olive trees. These fields may have the occasional farmer working them, also they may be hunting/shooting on their land, but the likelihood of seeing anyone else is slim. Within a few minutes drive, you can find most of what you need, a small family run restaurant "l'Arco Antico", two small cafe/bars, a village shop and a prescribing pharmacy. There is a nearby shopping Mall called Quintocolore, with various shops and a supermarket.
The nearby town of Locorotondo has plenty of shops and restaurants.
